Former Bridgewater pro says he’s sticking with his ‘fading euphoria’ play

Bob Elliott, the former researcher at Bridgewater Associates and co-founder of Unlimited Funds, says he’s sticking with what he calls the “fading euphoria” play that he first described on Oct. 19.

That trade is for every $1, going long 25 cents of the Vanguard Long-Term Treasury ETF while going short 25 cents of the S&P 500 tracker fund and going short 25 cents of the SPDR Bridgewater All Weather ETF.

S&P 500 futures rise after biggest swing in markets since April 8

U.S. stock futures traded higher Friday, a session after the wheels fell out of a market reacting to Nvidia’s latest forecasts and surprisingly strong payrolls growth.

Dow Jones Industrial Average futures rose 0.5% to 46064

S&P 500 futures gained 0.4% to 6583

Nasdaq-100 futures rose 0.3% to 24202
